These Terms and Conditions govern your use of software products published by Hanging Valley Enterprises LLC on Microsoft AppSource, including Vegetable Production Management (VPM) and RealTime Sales Enablement (RTSE) (collectively, "the Software"), as well as the Hanging Valley Enterprises website (hangingvalley.com), including any related services, applications, and documentation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Software or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Products and Services

Hanging Valley Enterprises LLC ("HVE") publishes the Software on Microsoft AppSource. Use of the Software is governed by the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA) and, where applicable, the Microsoft AppSource terms of service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all HVE Software products unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on this website and within the Software are the intellectual property of Hanging Valley Enterprises LLC unless otherwise noted. No license is granted to copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skagit County, Washington.

HVE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software or this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
